The City of Kokomo is requesting Public Comment on the following project: Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program Plan and Policy

The City of Kokomo will establish a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), 49 CFR Part 26, to ensure that DBEs have an equal opportunity to receive and participate in DOT-assisted contracts.

We request public comment on this program through a series of meetings to be held on the following dates:

August 27, 2021 – 1:00 p.m.

August 31, 2021 – 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.

September 2, 2021 -1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.

All meetings will be held in the Louks Conference Room at City Hall, 100 S. Union St., Kokomo, IN.
